Do they feel that it will solve their problems? OK, the guy may cut her a little slack while she's pregnant, but the end results are more issues to fight over, and more emotionally-scarred kids. Comments?Why do couples who hate either other have more than one child ?
I think it's when the man wants out and the woman doesn't that it happens most. I can't imagine what some women are thinking, though. From everything I've observed men become more emotionally distant during a pregnancy, wanted or unwanted. That's also when they are most likely to cheat. And having children doesn't compel most men to stay in a marriage if they'd rather not.
