they hold hands
they kiss in public/private
they talk to each other about important things
they cuddle with each other
they plan romantic dates together

they have more intamate feelings for eachother rather than just friends. they want to flirt, and kiss, and go on dates, and spend alot of time together. they flirt, tease, and make alot of eye contact. both should feel completely comfortable around eachother and free to be themselves.
Usually couples will display affection and do not date other people.
