If there is a income increase by the parent who is paying child support, then you can file a motion to modify the current court order. Otherwise..a spouse/girlfriend/boyfriend;s income has nothing to do with child support payments when a couple is even living together or remarried.
No. Even if they were married, they don't take into account a new girlfriend/boyfriend or spouse's income, since it's solely the non-custodian's responsibility to pay child support.
