What is the quickest couples move in together? Can an ex request additional child support ?

Will a judge change the child support based on the income of the new girl friend if a couple moves in together? What is the quickest couples move in together? Can an ex request additional child support ?
Like the first poster said, no. And not even if the new gf marries the guy.

Child support is calculated solely upon the income and child care/medical expenses of the parents.

If the guy has a child with the new gf that will lower his child support obligation to the parent of his first child. What is the quickest couples move in together? Can an ex request additional child support ?
Child support is based on the incomes of both parents, per state law, per guidelines. If there is a income increase by the parent who is paying child support, then you can file a motion to modify the current court order. Otherwise..a spouse/girlfriend/boyfriend;s income has nothing to do with child support payments when a couple is even living together or remarried.
No. Even if they were married, they don't take into account a new girlfriend/boyfriend or spouse's income, since it's solely the non-custodian's responsibility to pay child support.

Edit; WHat's with the thumbs down? It's the truth!!! Only thing it might effect is their tax return, if they file jointly and the person paying child support is in arrears.
No, only the parent's income is considered.
No. The new girl friend had nothing to do with the making of the children so she is in to way liable to support them.
No.

And even if you two marry, your income has nothing to do with his child support obligation.
Nope....
